What ? No recycling bins ?
Why are there no recycling bins in many apartment complexes ? Shame on the property managers for not insisting recycling bins be available next to dumpsters. Twin Oaks West in Joliet, IL needs to get with the program.

No business recycling programs ?
I live in Naperville, IL and am surprised that such a progressive municipality does not have a coordinated recycling program for businesses. I have asked a few local business owners what they do with all their plastic and paper, etc. particularly laundromats, which generate tons of plastic in the form of soap & softener containers and they said that there is no program in place and it gets " dumped in the back " with the rest of their refuse. No sorting of items, nothing.
