Why are there no recycling bins in many apartment complexes ? Shame on the property managers for not insisting recycling bins be available next to dumpsters. Twin Oaks West in Joliet, IL needs to get with the program.
I hear the property management company for this complex took the recycle bins into their on-site office to use for storage. Maybe someone should contact this management firm and ask them to put the recycle bins where they were intended to be placed for everyone's benefit:
